If a landlord employee/representative is dispatched to your house/apt to assess or perform maintenance due to damage the charges are:
Maintenance Dispatch M-F 8 am to 5 pm
$89.95 per incident (just to show up) + $40.00 per hour as the charge for the labor
Maintenance Dispatch Night & Weekends
$149.95 per incident (just to show up)+ $40.00 per hour as the charge for the labor

For example: If Landlord had to replace a window that you threw a football through, then the charge would be: $89.95 (or $149.95) plus cost of labor, plus the cost of the window plus 15%.
Painting, Patching holes in walls, fixing doors that have been kicked in are other examples of activities that could fall under this category.

If an outside vendor (like a plumber) is dispatched to your house/apt to assess or perform maintenance due to damage the charges are: charges from the outside vendor + 15%
